Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. For orders placed on this website, payment must be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex) or PayPal at the time of checkout. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received.

If you'd like to smell our scents, we are happy to provide tealight samples upon request—just let us know your shipping address and we can send along! We are not currently taking any in-studio appointments until further notice. sales@jamesthomascandleco.com

 

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to James Thomas Candle Co. within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, replacements will be sent or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
